In February, we will begin a six-part workshop series that will be a significant step in the continued alignment and growth of OUR Safety. Named FOCUS (Forming One Common Understanding Of Safety), this workshop series will provide the platform necessary to establish a common understanding of OUR Safety programs. The initial audience for the FOCUS workshops are those associates who oversee the performance and work of others.
Each FOCUS workshop will be between 45 and 50 minutes in length. They will be conducted in February, April, June, August, September, and November. FOCUS workshops will be hosted in the OPS Technician Training facility for Louisville participants and will be broadcast as webinars for associates outside of Louisville.
In order to maximize participation, each FOCUS workshop will be offered on six occasions: three consecutive Mondays from 9 am - 10 am EST and three consecutive Fridays from 2 pm - 3 pm EST. This schedule will allow everyone to choose workshop sessions that best fit their schedule. Use the registration buttons below and register for ONE date within each of the six workshops.
After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email and reminder emails to keep you on track. Please sign up as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements for each session.
