Customer Service Representative (1745) – Kansas City, Missouri, United States

Primary responsibilities will include
  • Serving as a primary point of contact and providing superior customer service for customers and outside sales force
  • Answering approximately 70 inbound telephone calls per day.
  • Process new customer orders
  • Obtain and convey information on existing orders
  • Perform expedite activities
  • Contact manufacturers and resolve customer concerns through discussion of products, service features, accessories and equipment.

  • Perform administrative customer setup and invoicing activities
  • Interface with customers, suppliers and account managers via email and phone to resolve issues.
