Serving Customers and Serving the Community: Meet Jasmin

Jasmin has been a customer service superstar at ORR for almost 19 years, working as a customer service representative, a supervisor, manager of the Kong glove line, Special Programs and now she’s about to embark on a new position as a Customer Engagement Specialist. She brings a zest for life to her work, and to her charitable and community-building outreach work through ORR. Grayson's Ladder - One Family's Journey

Tim Ledbetter is an account manager for ORR Safety. He has worked at ORR since 2010. Tim and his family live in Chattanooga, Tenn.

In January of 2017, our fourth grandchild, Grayson, had his first seizure. He was four years old at the time. We spent four days in the hospital trying to figure out what caused the seizure. They ran every test under the sun. Finally, we received a diagnosis. Grayson has Leukodystrophy and more specifically, he has Alexander Disease (AxD).

ORR Associates Provide Free Vision Screenings at Kentucky State Fair

Hundreds of thousands of Kentuckians are uninsured or underinsured. The Kentucky Lions Eye Foundation is a charitable non-profit organization with the mission to prevent and cure blindness by supporting research, and operating eye clinics and eye banks. Members of ORR’s Community Outreach Committee teamed up with this great organization to provide free vision screenings at the Kentucky State Fair in Louisville.
